Welcome. Find a comfortable position, whether sitting or lying down.
Let your hands rest softly, and allow your eyes to close whenever you feel ready.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And let it go, slowly, through your mouth.
Again. Breathe in gently.
And breathe out, releasing whatever the day has left behind.
Now let your breathing find its own natural rhythm. There is nothing to force. Nothing to fix. Simply notice each breath as it comes and goes.
With every breath out, imagine setting down a weight you have been carrying. The deadlines. The conversations. The worries that circle in your mind.
You do not need to solve anything right now. This moment is only for rest.
Bring your attention to your shoulders. Notice if they are holding tension.
As you breathe out, let them soften and drop.
Let that softness spread down your arms, through your hands, all the way to your fingertips.
Now bring your attention to your jaw and your forehead. Unclench. Smooth. Let your face become calm and still.
Your body knows how to release. You are simply allowing it.
If thoughts appear, that is okay. Thoughts are just visitors. You do not have to follow them. Watch them pass, like clouds drifting across a quiet sky.
And return to your breath. Slow. Steady. Gentle.
With each breath out, silently say to yourself: I let go.
I let go of the day.
I let go of what I cannot control.
Right now, in this moment, you are safe. You are here. And you are enough.
Feel the calm settling inside you, the way still water settles after the ripples fade.
Carry this quiet with you. It is always within reach. One breath away.
When you are ready, take one more deep breath in.
And slowly breathe out.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes. Return to your body, refreshed and at ease.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself. The day's stress can wait. You have chosen peace.
