Welcome. Find a comfortable seat. Let your body settle. You do not need to do anything special. Just arrive.

Take a slow breath in through your nose. And let it go.

Again. Breathe in. And out.

Notice where your body meets the chair or the floor. Feel that contact. Feel the weight of you, held.

Now bring your attention to your breath. Not changing it. Just watching it. Cool air in. Warm air out.

Your mind may wander. That is fine. When you notice it, gently return to the breath. Like a leaf drifting back to the surface of a still pond.

With each exhale, let your thoughts slow. With each inhale, feel your mind grow quiet.

Now picture a single point of light. Soft. Steady. Resting just behind your forehead. This is your center of focus.

Let everything else fade. Sounds. Worries. Plans. Let them drift to the edges. Keep your attention on that quiet light.

Your mind is clear. Your mind is sharp. Like still water. Like a clean window. Nothing clouds it.

If a thought comes, do not push it away. Just let it pass. Then return to the light. Return to stillness.

Feel how calm this is. This is always here. Beneath the noise. Beneath the busy mind. You can return anytime.

Breathe in clarity. Breathe out distraction.

Breathe in focus. Breathe out tension.

Let your breath find its own rhythm now. Slow. Steady. Easy.

Rest here. Nothing to solve. Nothing to chase. Just this quiet, bright stillness.

Now slowly widen your attention. Feel your body again. Feel the room around you. Notice the light behind your eyes.

Take one deeper breath in. And let it go.

Bring this clarity with you. It does not leave you. You carry it now.

When you are ready, open your eyes. Move gently. You are focused. You are clear. You are still.
