Welcome to this moment. Find a comfortable position, whether sitting or lying down. Allow your body to settle. Feel the surface beneath you, supporting you completely.

Soften your shoulders. Let your hands rest easily. Close your eyes, or lower your gaze.

Now bring your attention to your breath. Do not change it. Simply notice it.

Feel the air as it enters your nostrils. Cool and fresh. Follow it down into your chest. Notice the gentle rise.

And now the exhale. Warm. Slow. Feel the release as your body lets go.

You are not controlling the breath. You are accompanying it. Like sitting beside a quiet stream.

Notice where you feel the breath most clearly. Perhaps at the nostrils. Perhaps in the chest. Or the rise and fall of your belly.

Rest your attention there. This is your anchor. This moment. This breath.

Your mind will wander. That is natural. When you notice it has drifted, gently return. No judgment. Just return.

Breathe in. Knowing you are breathing in.

Breathe out. Knowing you are breathing out.

Let each breath be soft and unhurried. Nothing to achieve. Nowhere to be. Only this breath.

If thoughts arise, let them pass like clouds. You are the sky. Vast and still.

Feel the rhythm of your breathing. A gentle wave, rising and falling.

With each exhale, feel yourself settle deeper into this moment.

Your breath is always with you. A quiet companion. A doorway to now.

Notice how the body feels. Perhaps softer. Perhaps calmer.

Take one slow, deep breath in.

And let it go completely.

Begin to return. Feel your body. Feel the surface beneath you.

When you are ready, gently open your eyes. Carry this stillness with you.

Thank you for taking this time. You can return to your breath anytime. This moment is always here.
