Welcome to this brief practice for focus and clarity. Find a comfortable seated position, keeping your spine straight yet relaxed. Let your hands rest softly in your lap, and when you are ready, gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.

And release it slowly through your mouth, letting go of whatever you were doing before this moment.

Bring your awareness to the physical sensation of your breath. Feel the cool air entering your nostrils, and the warm air leaving your body. Notice the natural stillness between each inhale and exhale. You do not need to change your breathing pattern. Simply observe it as it is.

With every breath you take, your physical body settles further into stillness. As your body rests, your mind begins to clear. Imagine your thoughts are like clouds passing across a broad blue sky. You are not holding onto the clouds. You are simply watching them drift by, leaving behind vast, open space.

Now, bring your attention to a single point of focus. You might choose the gentle rise and fall of your chest, or the steady sensation of air flowing past the tip of your nose. Pick one focal point right now.

As you hold your focus here, your awareness sharpens. If your mind wanders to a task, a memory, or a worry, simply notice that distraction without judgment. Acknowledge it, and softly bring your attention back to your breath.

Rest in this quiet space of total presence. Allow your mind to drop all effort and just be.

You feel a quiet brightness entering your mind. Mental fog fades away, leaving behind a sharp, calm awareness. You are completely present, balanced, and clear.

With each intake of breath, you draw in crisp, vibrant energy. With each exhale, you release any remaining static or noise.

Feel how steady your mind has become. You are anchored in this quiet center, unaffected by outer noise. This clarity is not something you need to create; it is already inside you, waiting to be uncovered whenever you slow down.

Take another deep breath in, feeling full and alert.

Exhale completely, letting that steady focus settle deep within your body.

When you are ready, slowly begin to bring movement back to your fingers and toes. Take one last grounding breath, and gently open your eyes, carrying this clear, focused mind into the rest of your day.
