Find a comfortable position where your body feels supported and at ease. Allow your eyes to gently close or soften your gaze toward the floor. Take a deep, slow breath in, filling your lungs completely. And as you exhale, let go of any tension you might be holding.

Take another deep breath in, drawing fresh energy into your body, and release it slowly.

Allow your breathing to settle into its natural, unforced rhythm. You do not need to change or control your breath. Just notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen. Feel the air moving in through your nose, traveling down into your lungs, and releasing back out into the room around you.

Bring your attention to your physical body. Notice the points of contact between you and the surface beneath you. Feel the steady support holding you up.

Take a moment to feel a sense of gratitude for your body. This body carries you through the world each day, experiencing the warmth of the sun, the coolness of the breeze, and the embrace of loved ones.

Silently offer a simple thank you to your heart, beating tirelessly without you ever having to ask. Offer thanks to your lungs, drawing in the air that sustains you.

Now, let your awareness expand outward. Think of one simple thing in your life that brings you comfort. It might be a warm cup of tea in the morning, a cozy blanket, or the sound of rain outside your window.

Picture this simple comfort clearly in your mind. Notice how it feels to have this small, beautiful thing in your life. Let a feeling of appreciation grow in your chest like a warm, glowing light.

Bring to mind a person or a pet who brings a smile to your face. Visualize them now. Remember a moment of shared joy or quiet companionship. Let the gratitude for their presence fill your heart.

Notice the physical sensation of gratitude in your body right now. Perhaps it feels like a softness in your chest, a relaxation in your shoulders, or a quiet stillness in your mind.

Allow yourself to rest in this feeling of pure contentment. Right here, in this very moment, you have everything you need. There is nowhere else you need to be, and nothing else you need to do.

Breathe in this sense of abundance. Breathe out any lingering thoughts of lack or wanting. You are enough, and your life holds countless unseen gifts.

As we begin to bring this practice to a close, keep this gentle warmth of gratitude within you.

Take a deep, full breath in, feeling renewed and centered. Exhale completely.

Slowly begin to invite a little movement back into your body. Wiggle your fingers, your toes.

When you feel ready, gently open your eyes, bringing this calm appreciation with you into the rest of your day.
