Find a comfortable position where your body feels supported. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose. Fill your lungs completely and let it out with a slow sigh.

Allow your shoulders to drop away from your ears. Take another deep breath in, drawing fresh air into your body, and exhale fully, letting go of any immediate tension you might be holding.

Settle into your natural breathing rhythm. You do not need to force your breath. Just observe the gentle rise and fall of your chest. There is nowhere else you need to be and nothing else you need to do right now.

Bring your attention to the top of your head. Imagine a soft, warm light resting there, bringing a sense of deep comfort. Let this warmth flow down your forehead, smoothing out any lines of worry.

Allow this relaxing energy to flow down through your jaw. Unclench your teeth and let your tongue rest loosely in your mouth. Notice how much stress we hold in our face, and just let it melt away.

Feel the warmth travel down your neck and into your shoulders. Imagine the weight of the day lifting off, as if a heavy backpack has been removed. Your back feels lighter, and your chest opens up.

Let this relaxation cascade down your arms to your fingertips. Feel it flow through your back, hips, legs, and out through the soles of your feet. Your whole body is bathed in calm.

Now, think about any lingering thoughts or worries from your day. Picture each worry as a small, dark cloud floating in the sky of your mind.

As you breathe in, imagine a gentle, clearing breeze. As you breathe out, watch that breeze blow the clouds away. They drift further and further into the distance until they disappear completely.

You are left with a clear, open, blue sky. This empty sky represents your mind right now. Calm, spacious, and at peace. Whenever a new thought forms, let the breeze carry it away.

Feel the solid ground beneath you, supporting your weight. You do not have to hold yourself up. The earth is holding you. You are completely safe and free from the demands of the outside world.

Bask in this quiet stillness for a few moments. Notice how different your body feels compared to when you first sat down. The tension has dissolved, leaving a deep sense of tranquility.

It is time to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and your toes, inviting small movements back into your physical body.

Take one final, deep breath in, gathering this peaceful energy, and as you exhale, gently open your eyes. You are ready to move forward with a clear and calm mind.
