Welcome to this moment of peace.

Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Allow your body to settle, releasing any tension you may be holding.

Gently close your eyes, or soften your gaze downwards.

Begin to bring your awareness to your breath. You don't need to change it in any way. Simply observe it as it is, in this very moment.

Notice the sensation of the air as it enters your nostrils. Is it cool or warm?

Follow that breath as it travels down into your lungs, filling your chest and your belly.

And then notice the gentle release as the air exhales, leaving your body.

Your breath is an anchor, always present, always here for you. It is a constant rhythm, a steady flow.

Allow yourself to simply be with your breath.

There’s nothing else you need to do right now. No tasks to accomplish, no worries to hold. Just this breath.

As you breathe in, perhaps you can imagine peace flowing into you.

And as you breathe out, perhaps you can imagine releasing any tension or stress.

Inhale peace. Exhale tension.

Your breath is a pathway back to the present moment, time and time again. Whenever your mind wanders, as it naturally will, gently guide your awareness back to the simple sensation of breathing.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest, the expansion and contraction of your abdomen.

Each inhale, a fresh start. Each exhale, a letting go.

Allow your breath to be your guide. Follow its subtle movements.

There is a profound wisdom in the breath. It sustains you, calms you, and connects you to the life force within.

Just observe. No judgment. No striving. Simply witness.

Feel the ground beneath you, supporting you. Feel the air surrounding you.

Anchor yourself in this present moment, through the gentle, unwavering rhythm of your breath.

You are here. You are breathing. And that is enough.

Now, slowly begin to deepen your breath.

Gently bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you're ready, slowly open your eyes, carrying this sense of calm and presence with you into your day.
