Welcome. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Allow your body to settle.

Close your eyes gently, or soften your gaze. Begin to bring your awareness to your breath. Noticing the inhale... and the exhale.

There’s nowhere else you need to be right now, and nothing else you need to do. Just be present with yourself and your breath.

Feel the air entering your nostrils, cool and refreshing. Feel it filling your lungs, expanding your chest and your belly.

And as you exhale, feel the air leaving your body, perhaps a little warmer now. Releasing, letting go.

Bring your attention to any areas of tension you might be holding in your body. Perhaps in your shoulders, your neck, or your jaw.

As you inhale, imagine breathing in calm and ease. As you exhale, imagine breathing out any tension, any tightness, any stress.

Allow your shoulders to soften. Let your jaw unclench. Release any tightness in your forehead.

Now, bring to mind a feeling of gentle release. Imagine that with each exhale, you are letting go of a small piece of stress from your day.

Perhaps it’s a worry about work, a concern about a relationship, or a lingering frustration. Visualize these worries as small clouds, drifting away with each breath.

Inhale peace.

Exhale worry.

Inhale calm.

Exhale tension.

Continue this gentle rhythm. With every breath out, feel a little more space opening up within you. A little more lightness.

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a calm, clear lake. The water is still and reflective. The air is peaceful and serene.

As you exhale, picture yourself gently dropping any worries or stresses into the lake. Watch them ripple on the surface for a moment, and then gradually disappear into the depths.

Each worry you release creates more space for peace and clarity. You are not your worries. You are the observer of them, and you have the power to let them go.

Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders, from your mind. Allow yourself to simply be present in this moment of tranquility.

Bring your awareness back to your breath. Deepening the inhale, and lengthening the exhale.

Feel the ground beneath you, supporting you. Feel the air around you, embracing you.

Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and toes. Bringing a little movement back into your body.

When you feel ready, slowly and gently open your eyes. Carry this feeling of peace and release with you as you continue your day.

You can return to this practice anytime you need.
