Welcome. Settle into a comfortable position. You can be seated in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, or cross-legged on a cushion, or lying down. Whatever feels most supportive for you right now.

Gently close your eyes, or soften your gaze, letting your eyelids rest lightly. Take a moment to simply arrive. Notice the sensations of your body.

Feel the support beneath you. The chair, the floor, the cushion. Just allow yourself to be held.

Now, bring your attention to your breath. Without trying to change it in any way, simply notice the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales.

Where do you feel your breath most clearly? Perhaps it's the gentle rise and fall of your chest. Or the subtle expansion and contraction of your belly. Or maybe it's the cool air entering your nostrils and the warmer air leaving.

Just observe. No judgment, no analysis. Simply an awareness of the breath as it is.

Each inhale brings a fresh wave of life into your body. And each exhale allows for release. A letting go.

Notice the texture of the breath. Is it deep or shallow today? Fast or slow? Whatever it is, it is perfect for this moment.

Your mind may wander. This is completely natural. When you notice your thoughts drifting, gently acknowledge them without getting caught up. Then, with kindness, guide your attention back to the sensation of your breath.

Imagine your breath as an anchor. A steady point of reference in the ocean of your experience. Whenever you feel yourself being pulled away by thoughts, worries, or plans, you can always return to the simple, grounding sensation of breathing.

Inhale. Exhale. Notice the pause between breaths, that brief moment of stillness.

Feel the gentle inflow of air. And the quiet outflow.

As you continue to breathe, allow your awareness to expand. Noticing any other sensations present in your body. Warmth, coolness, tingling, pressure.

Just be present with whatever arises. Without needing to fix or change anything.

Let your breath be your guide. A gentle reminder that you are here, now. Alive.

Take a slightly deeper breath now, if that feels comfortable. And as you exhale, allow yourself to soften even more.

Begin to gently deepen your breath, bringing more awareness back into your physical body. Wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you are ready, slowly open your eyes, carrying this sense of grounded presence with you.
