Welcome to MeditationForge. Our platform uses advanced AI to craft unique, high-quality guided meditations tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you're struggling with sleep, stress,health issues or just need a moment of focus, we're here to help you maintain a better state of mind.
What is MeditationForge?
Unlike traditional meditation apps with a fixed library, MeditationForge generates original scripts and audio every time you use it. You choose the mood, the background music, the voice, and optionally have the ability to add any detail you want added into your meditation, such as people, places, objects and circumstances, then our AI powered "Forge" does the rest. Also, as an added option, if you happen to have an ElevenLabs account and desire to use a specific voice from there, you can add your API from ElevenLabs in a space provided in the settings page and have all your voices from ElevenLabs included in our dropdown voice selector!
Getting Started in 5 Simple Steps
1. Choose Your Background Music
Select from a library of nature sounds, ambient textures, or universal relaxation tracks. Click the play icon on any track to hear a 45-second preview before you decide.
2. Pick a Narrator
We offer a variety of professional-grade voices. Use the "Sample" button to find the voice that resonates most with your meditation style.
3. Set Your Parameters
- Type: Choose a category like Sleep, Stress Relief, Focus, or Gratitude.
- Duration: Select how long you want your session to be (5 to 60 minutes).
- Goal: Describe what you want to achieve (e.g., "Help me let go of a stressful workday" or "Prepare me for a deep, dreamless sleep").
4. Forge the Meditation
Click "Start Creating Now". Our AI will first draft a personalized script, then synthesize it with your chosen voice and background music. This process takes just a few moments.
5. Listen or Download
Once complete, you can listen to your meditation directly in the browser or download it to your device for offline use. All your creations are saved in "My Meditations" for you to revisit anytime.
About Credits
We use a credit-based system to keep the forge running. Each minute of generated audio costs 1 credit. New users receive 60 free credits upon registration to experience the full power of the platform.
